MCSA for engineering student

I'm an electrical engineering major in college and was wondering whether it would be worth it to get the MCSA to "beef up" my resume to potential employers either after I graduate or for internships. I'm thinking of getting certified in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Server 2012. I have basic IT knowledge but I would not say I'm proficient. Thanks for any input or advice you can provide.

I guess. Doing Windows 7 /8 Helps . But if you dont have any experience clearing the MCSA for Windows 2012 might be a slightly difficult task.

    IMHO !

I think you will find the 70-680 and 70-685/686 difficult to say the least. But if you manage to get through those, you will likely be able to transition to 8 without much trouble as you are merely building on knowledge you gained via the other exams. I haven't started my server stuff yet, so I cannot speculate.
