how do i enable port 3389?

I've opened the port on my router and allowed remote desktop exception in windows and on my software

what else do I need to do - open port check tool says its still blocked

    I turned off my windows firelwall and comodo firewall for testing purposes to make sure those weren't blocking the ports

    when i go to Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router and use my ip and port 80 - it even says that is turned off...

    Looks fine to me. Have you actually tried to rdp in?

    i did when i was on my wifi on my phone - but when i tried on H+ (external network) it froze up and that is my local ip on this computer if anyone is questioning

    now it just says please wait while connecting on my rdp app...

    it only works on my wifi, router is not unblocking the port (or my isp has it blocked)

    If i change it to 5050 (for my https://couchpota.to/) it is open and works, wtf

    why can i unblock 5050 and not rdp? is comcast blocking ports?

    I even tried to disable ipv4 spi firewall protection in the security portion of the router

    after uninstall comodo apps and turned off windows firewall, restarted PC and it works!
