MTA vs MCSA Windows 8
miken83
Hello everyone. I am seeking advice on how to proceed with certifications. I have been in a help desk position for about 2 months now and recently passed the A+ certification. My employer requires that my next certification be a Microsoft certification. I can either take 4 MTA exams (98-349, 98-365, 98-366 and 98-367) or proceed to the Windows 8 MCSA. I began studying the 98-366 and it seems like it has a lot of overlap with the networking portions of the A+, with limited new material introduced. Do you feel that pursuing the MTA certifications would be worth while or would I be better off moving on the MCSA? Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

How are you as a test taker and how comfortable are you with Microsoft Products? Are you use to the Technet?
