Question on the old and new CCNA

in CCNA & CCENT
So I recently passed my CCNA and I'm excited about it! But when I received my certification it says CCNA R & S? Will the new certs say just CCNA and the old ones have CCNA R & S? If that is the case do you think employers will see the "old" CCNA as a lesser cert? Or will all CCNA's be R & S now?
Sorry if this is a dumb question. I haven't been following the cisco exam news.

I believe ALL CCNAs awarded now will be CCNA R&S whether you take the old or new exams. (Well, the R and S ones anyway... obviously!) -

When I passed ICND2 in May (after they unveiled the new tests/cert) my certificate says "Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching". So that was old ICND1 and ICND2 but new CCNA R&S -

Nice. I'll be honest. When I first opened it and saw R & S my heart skipped a beat. I thought maybe with all the panic and anxiety of taking the test I scheduled the wrong one. Ha
