CCENT passed today :)

Hi all,

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone.

Although I dont post often, I do search previous posts and find answers to my problems. So thanks for all the info it has helped heaps!

The exam today was a lot easier than I expected.

So I am feeling quite chuffed right now, I really though I would fail after getting 70% in some practice tests last weekend. The practice tests really made me hit the books all week though. The extra study time I put in must have really paid off.

And in case you were wondering I got a decent 920 pass mark.

If anyone is taking the exams in the next few days and have any questions, ask away

Now time to prepare for ICND2 :)

Cheers
Craig

Excellent score. Be careful where you get your books/syllabus info though - ACLs and IPv6 have never been on the CCENT; ICND2 yes but not CCENT. Good luck with the ICND2 if you go for it before October.

Lol no need to worry. I'm good at subnetting. But extra practice could only help.

If you can solve subnetting questions 90% of the time, and average 30 seconds or less, you should be in fine shape.

Odom or Lammle are the traditional texts. The CCNA is intended for entry-level candidates with no experience.
