Need Juniper Guide for Dummies

Hey everyone i am new to juniper, I need a some resources text files of pdf anything that explains junipers directories , OS installation , Hardware architecture,Upgrade guides. (with images would be bonus).

I have few pdf and ebooks but they have a very brief overview of the above topics.
