I am trying to remember where I can see the clock rate in show int s0/0. I am drawing a blank or is there some other command I am failing to remember?

show controllers interface # will also show you clock rates

As an aside, the "?" key is extremely helpful in a lot of cases. As long as you have an idea what config mode you should be in, using that to list the initial commands and then using it after every part of the command can really help you find the answer and build that "muscle memory".
