I NEED CLARIFICATION ON MCSA/MCSE: Security Please!!

Could anyone tell me is MCSA:Security and MCSE:Security certifications retired? If they are, what are other alternative Microsoft certification with security concentration. I need a full explanation please. I have been on MS website and I seem not to find any info regarding MCSA/MCSE: security.
I would appreciate if Kreaton , JDMurray will comment on this post and have it broken down for me.
I want to follow kreaton's advice on
Security+
MCSA, MCSE
CEH
CNNA/CCNP:security
SSCP
If MCSA/MCSE: security are retired? What do you suggest I do to follow the above plan sequentially?
Thanks for your response.

The 290, 291, 293, 294, 298, 299 exams are retiring on July 31, 2013.
I would honestly start with the Server 2008 track. Server 2008 isn't going anywhere soon. The 643 and 647 exams don't retire until July 31, 2014, giving you more time.
Keatron's advice is solid, so just modify the exams a bit. You could go the following route and others will probably chime in.
1. Security+
2. MCITP: Server Administrator
3. CCNA:Security
4. SSCP
5. Other security certs
I noticed on on MS website that the MCTIP certification will retire january 2014. In that case, what do you suggest I do to follow Kearton's advice path? I saw path? Should I still go the MCSA enroute or what do you suggest?
