Hello, Techexams. I've been browsing these forums for a long while now and the resources and information you guys have given me have helped me gain my A+ and my Net+.
My problem now is finding a job. I have some experience that I've listed in the resume and currently I work at McDonald's as a crew trainer. I am a recent high school graduate and I gained my A+ in school and my Net+ about a week ago.
I'd like some criticism on my resume along with perhaps some help when it comes to finding a job. I realize I will have to work an entry level position for a while before getting into more serious jobs. What I wanted to know is if my Net+ certification can help me land a job a step higher then a help desk position.
