Proxy ARP... Urgent Please Help!!!

Dear All,

I am trying to implement a proxy ARP within our networks. Any lessons learnt from partical implementation would be extremely useful to know.

Also, found bits and pieces of information on some website about Proxy ARP. But an overview of senarios where it is advisable to use proxy ARP and the ones where its not recommended would be extremely helpful.
