    I think most people will hear Ubuntu, think Linux, and be scared off by the idea of complicated command lines. I would greatly like to see this one make it past a concept phase though.

    I don't like that you have to pay straight away for a concept, with them saying that the design and specs can change at any time.

    If they would use kickstarter where you pay at point of the start - fine - but not like that ...

    I assume there is a specific reason why they avoided Kickstarter. THIS site has a few reasons for one vs the other. I think the UK thing is why they went with IndieGoGo, which is fair. I see a lot of international crowdfunding on that site.

    It's a neat concept. It's really tempting to fund it but may end up not doing it.
