Netflow analyser client

Having looked into this, is anyone using a netflow client to analyse the traffic?

Solarwinds appears to be the most popular but that appears to be a hungry beast regarding resources and memory.

Can anyone here recommend a trial or full version of a netflow analyser that will run on a laptop/PC?

Thank you.

Nfdump/nfesn is pretty cool and can be customized.

Thank you, it looks good and they do a web based front end which always helps.

I've been a fan of Ntop/Nprobe as a "free" solution. I've also had great luck with Manage Engine's Netflow Analyzer and for certain deployments, Riverbed Cascade ($$$).

down77 beat me to it- I've used the trial of Manage Engine's netflow analyzer as well and really liked it.

Thank you both for the recommendation, I don't need overkill on this with hardware or memory performance. Just an analyser that collects the data and gives a decent display either text or graph representation. I've been advised to learn it for the upcoming exam!
