ASA Bootcamps

In my job I run Ironport and firewalls. I've learned quite a bit about the former but need some help on the latter (only cisco cert I have is CCENT). I have an an opportunity to request budgeted funds for a training course or two... does anyone have any recommendations for a Cisco firewall bootcamp, or learning course?
So far I have found CED Solutions in Atlanta (used them for my CISSP prep course a few years ago and some microsoft training years ago), and Todd Lammle's group out of Dallas. Dallas is drivable, so it is preferred anyways.

NewITGuy, I am looking for something that is practical, hands-on learning... CBT nuggets are great but if I can get funds for a course, I would far rather have that. Not terribly interested in the cert side just some good learning.Working on: staying alive and staying employed
