I've scheduled the test for the middle of September. This one has been really hard for me to study for as I don't have a lot of professional experience with Azure. Luckily the recent change in MSDN subscriptions gives us a bunch of credits for Azure each month.
Here is what I have worked through as a refresher/intro to the exams objectives.
Introduction to Windows Azure (2h 25m), Matt Milner
Getting Started with Entity Framework 5 (4h 23m), Julie Lerman
Introduction to the ASP.NET Web API (3h 15m), Jon Flanders
.NET Multi-Tier Application Using Storage Tables, Queues, and Blobs - 1 of 5 (links to the other parts can be found on part 1)
Configuring and Deploying the Windows Azure Email Service application - 2 of 5
Building the web role for the Windows Azure Email Service application - 3 of 5.
Building worker role A (email scheduler) for the Windows Azure Email Service application - 4 of 5.
Building worker role B (email sender) for the Windows Azure Email Service application - 5 of 5.
Developing Cloud Applications with Windows Azure Storage, Paul Mehner
I'll post more as I go through each objective. The five part tutorial is really well done. If anyone is considering taking this exam, that's a very good place to get started learning.
