About to start CEH studies, not sure about which exam version and study material?

I am about to start studying for the CEH and not sure anymore which exam to shoot for. I got the AIO book that everyone here likes over a year ago when I was planning to start, but I got sidetracked and never started. I am now ready to tackle this. From what I am reading here is that there is no official CEHv8 study material available and the v7 material should be enough? I know the v7 will not be available after 10/31 and I would like to do the v8, but I am not sure about the study material to use to supplment the AIO and other v7 material for the v8?

Any info and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Search this forum for a post I made that has a link to a PDF that gives a comparison to CEH v7 and v8. Do your own research on the new v8 topics using free resources on the Web. That and some CEH v7 study resources should be all that you need to pass.
