Who knows what backdoors come pre-packaged with the equipment we buy - even in enterprise firewall hardware that's supposed to keep our company data confidential.

Couple that with the fact that next-gen firewalls can actually inspect SSL encrypted traffic...

I find this development rather worrying.

Makes a pretty good case for regular Router/switch/Firewall patching. Something i've never seen a company i've worked for do.
