Computer Science(Information system) or B.I.T Data Communications and Networking?

Hi guys, I'm from Malaysia and I have a question to ask whether which degree courses should I take for my undergraduate study.

For data communication and networking, they included some of the ccna questions in their exams but we are encouraged to take the cisco academy course if we want to during sem break.
According to your experiences, may I know that which course should I pursue? If I go for com science with information system specialization, can I involve in what graduates from data communications and networking do? which degree will be worth all they are the same?
