For All of You Who Can't Find a Job

Within the past week or so, I've started getting phones calls and e-mails from employers. I've actually gone to a few interviews, but have had no luck in landing the job. Although this may not sound good, I'm viewing this as a start in the right direction (I like to be optimistic). I'm noticing that as I acquire more certifications, companies are actually taking notice of me despite my lack of experience. So keep your heads up and just continue learning and gaining all the certifications that you can. I know a lot of you are frustrated, I am as well, but you just have to be patient. Sooner or later a job will open up and you'll fall right into it

But how did the employers know you were interested? I mean... do employers have a database of job-less people and their certifications? Sounds strange...
