CEH v7 versus v8 - switchover dates?

Question for you all...when does v8 of the CEH test go into effect? I have heard various things, and just want to make sure I take my v7 test before the cutoff date for v8(if it hasn't already passed). I have heard conflicting information on when the new test will be out there, but it seems my Google-fu is not working too well for me today, as I can't find a definitive answer. Any information would be appreciated.

Go to the Pearson Vue web site and try to sign up for the CEHv8 exam. You will see that it is available and that you also have until the end of next month to take CEHv7.
