Thoughts on adding courses from Stanford and Rice, etc

I've been taking courses provided by Coursera (Stanford and soon Rice). Thoughts on capturing these courses. They are CS/development courses. Complete different from my BS and MBA.

    I have a degree, but will probably list these on the next iteration of my resume, as it shows I'm keeping my knowledge fresh and provides a basis for some tangential skills that I would be claiming to have.
