HP certs or training, anyone?

I recently took over the Sr. Network position when my co-worker left the company. While I have a good amount of experience, I am feeling behind in the Apple (I work for a school) and the HP network infrastructure that is in place here.
I enjoy instructor led classes and I am looking for something to get up to speed on the HP side of things. I have been to their website and signed up for the training site but I am looking for HP training.
Should I look for a class, read some books, have a consultant come out and do some training?
What would everyone recommend? I know I can get Cisco training every corner I turn but I don't have Cisco equipment!
I am already set on the basics with holding a Network+, CCENT and some others but I am looking more specific.
Thanks!

Had all of my WGU courses but too much to keep up on. I am working at it, will let you know when finished.

AIS - Network Infrastructure Certification - HP Networking | HP®
Take a look at the instructor led and self-paced stuff directly from HP. Unfortunately, HP is like Avaya and Alcatel Lucent, while they produce a ton of switches they rely on people to magically already know how to use their stuff. Fortunately HP networking is not challenging. I would sit down with the admin guide of a ProCurve (pick any that aren't a 3COM variant) and start reading.
