Is IPSec setup for VPN required for CCNA 640-822?

in CCNA & CCENT
The Cisco Netacademy chapter I read on VPN and IPSec (Level 4 WAN, Chapter 6 Teleworker Services) was all theories. There was no router configuration commands mentioned at all. Am I supposed to know how to set up IPSec for VPN access on a router for 640-822? TIA.

Since it's not covered by any CCNA:RS material, is not on the blueprint, and is a topic in CCNA:Sec, I think it's safe to assume that it isn't required to know how to actually configure VPNs.
