Can you email forms for endorsement?

I have looked but have not seen a place where it says you can, does anyone know if you can email them in?

Just a bit of a pain to do snail mail from Afghanistan.

Yep, fill out your part and sign, then email it to your endorser to have them finish and then they can email to the ISC(2).

My endorser e-mailed mine in. I thought the link was on the endorsement form...

And fyi, they do allow digitally signing.
