Can you email forms for endorsement?
I have looked but have not seen a place where it says you can, does anyone know if you can email them in?

Yep, fill out your part and sign, then email it to your endorser to have them finish and then they can email to the ISC(2). -

My endorser e-mailed mine in. I thought the link was on the endorsement form... -

Printed on the form... Send to one of the following:
Please send completed endorsement form and any candidate files,

And fyi, they do allow digitally signing.
