Official (ISC)²® Guide to the CISSP® CBK®

Dear ALL: I'm just staring my CISSP studies. I've bought Eric Conrad's 2ed book and just finished the 1st Domain (Access Control). Since I don't have much experience some of the Domains (including Access Control) I found interesting in having a second source of information. I was considering buying the Official Guide, but I happen to find that it is on its 3rd edition, excluding the 1st (the yellow book), do you guys believe that are substantive changes between the 2nd and 3rd editions?
