Hey guys,
I'm currently studying full time for CCIE but I have been offered to do part-time consultation for a private held company. This company has interviewed me and we talked about the hourly rate offered but nothing was put down in written. I have been asked to sign an NDA to proceed to the next step with this company and in this NDA I am refered to as "The Employee". Am I right to believe that I will not be held to this NDA until I sign an employee contract agreement and actually become an "employee" for this company?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

You will be held to whatever you sign so get full details as to why you are signing a NDA BEFORE being employed. Yellow flag IMOModularity and Design Simplicity:
Think of the 2:00 a.m. test—if you were awakened in the
