None without setup and access to the sever in question from DHCP/DNS/DATABASE or webserver....
Mainly every Mac uses tcp/ip to access needed info.....
only on a need to know.... -

There are two protocols to share resources amongst PCs/Servers: SMB (aka CIFS) and NFS.
OS X supports both SMB and NFS out of the box.
Windows NT 5.0+ supports SMB out of the box, while NFS support requires an additional software download from microsoft.com.
