Are you looking for work in Egypt or a different country?

Right off the bat, I'd format it so it doesn't spill over onto the 3rd page by one line.

With the bullet "total customer focus," can you format or reword that so it doesn't run off onto the next line? Total Client Focus will suffice and won't run off.

Under personal details, you list "military status: exempted"

Is this something that's required where you're applying at? Not sure if Egypt has compulsary military service and this needs to be stated. I'd probably remove the entire personal details block if I were you. Nothing too extraordinary here for the space it consumes. Unless of course this is required where you are applying to.

I'd remove the double spacing between Network+ and A+ just so it matches the format of the certifications and language sections above and below it.

For the IT Support Sepcialist & Technical Skills section, which I'm assuming is your previous experience, I'd reference your previous company's name and the dates in which you were employed. Also, make the formatting of the bullets uniform as some are spaced differently.

Delete the extra space between Acronis Backup and Recovery & Norton Ghost.
