Monitor Collision

Its there any software that i can use to monitor collisions on my network?

All the computers are connected to a hub but i still want to knoe how much collision is actually happening......before a move over to a switch. The switch it jus a temp thing.

    I suppose you could use EtherPeak or Ethereal and check for fragmented IP packets and jam signals.

    Hubs should just be abolished in my humble opinion, no need for them when compared to the price of an unmanaged switch.

    watch the little collision light flash red on your hub !!!
    then count the flashes
    rm -rf /
