Please critique my resume

keeptrackformekeeptrackforme Member Posts: 5 ■□□□□□□□□□
I'm currently a Respiratory Therapist and I'm making a career change to IT. I've been applying to help desk jobs and I haven't been having any luck even getting a call back.

Please take a look at my resume and tell me what you think. Any advice is welcomed.

Thanks!

Not bad over all. I would definitely get it down to one page. I'd also move the skills up above the experience. Since you don't have any applicable experience your skills are your main selling point.

Ok thanks. I keep cutting stuff to get it to a page but I'm struggling with the last little bit to cut. I'll definitely move the skills above experience.

Do you think my summary statement talking about my skills makes the skill section redundant at all?

You could probably get it to one page just messing with the formatting a bit.

There is a bit of overlap sure, but I don't think that is a bad thing.

Here is a quick update. I put the skills section at the top and reformatted a little to get it down to one page.
