Question: has anyone watched this video, linux in the real world? I am wondering what distribution do they use, is it red hat?

I watched the 2 minute demo of the squid proxy video and he was using ubuntu. I'm not sure if he changes distros with the other videos.

Ah, looks like CentOS too, so yea, Red Hat.

Yes, I have watched it and used it while studying for Linux+. The CBT Nugget videos for Linux are pretty good and if you lab while watching it will sink in. The trainer users CentOS and Ubuntu in his training. In real life it makes more sense to understand CentOS (if you aren't aware, it's just Red Hat).
