IEHV - Browser History Viewer question...

Anyone have experience with IEHV? It's a program that allows you to view IE Browser history and it even allows you to do it remotely with the proper configuration. However, I'd like to be able to do this remotely on all machines and the way it was said to be done is to use the path to the PC rather the default local address...
So it would be this:
\\[PCName]\C$\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History
rather than the default local directory:
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\History
Question is, with some computers, I can't bring up a list at all and I'm assuming it's because the C drive is not shared (?). Is this why? If so, is there a way to run this without having first shared the C drive or a folder in the C drive?
