Hello, I understand Cisco partner companies gain product discounts when they employ Cisco qualified people.
Do these discounts increase according to the level of qualification ?
i.e. would they receive a better discount if they hired a CCNP person compared to a CCNA person ?

There are specific amounts of qualified Engineers that must be employed by the firm. Based on that you can gain Silver or Gold level partnership. I think you need four or more IE's on staff for Gold..I don't the precise details though and of course discounts are good.Modularity and Design Simplicity:
