Certified 70-680 in 2011 Refresh?

Hello everyone, I happened across this forum while looking for some information regarding progression from 70-680.

I passed my 680 in 2011, and as they only last 3 years I want to know what options I have regarding refreshing/advancing?

I basically want to take another exam which will also refresh my 680 at the same time, does this happen with Microsoft exams?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Theres no refresh but you can advance to 685 or 686

They don't only last 3 years, once you pass it's good for life.
