I know: ATX, Micro-ATX, ITX, Mini-ITX, Pico-ITX, and Mobile-ITX. Any others I need to know to pass this test with flying colors?

If it is on the exam objectives, you can bet your bum you'll be tested on it.. at least one question anyways. Do your best to get a good all around knowledge of the form factors and what their application is. I wouldn't try committing all of their dimensions to memory but the more common ones you might want to.
Feel free to ask questions if you're not sure, although we can't give out exact answers regarding the test itself we can help point you in the direction of what to study.
Welcome to TE and we all hope you enjoy your stay.

E-ATX and BTX might be mentioned, couldn't hurt to read up on 'em.
