Secret enabled, how to get around it?

hi everone, i have a router 2501model, and it has a secret enabled and i can't get through, i am using a phsical connection but no chance. Can you please help me out? Thank you in advance.

the router should reset,answer no to startup mode and your should be good to go with an empty config i.e. no passwords.

He said it was complicated and not something you would want to have to attempt.
