MDT 2012 help??

Ok so here is my setup. I installed MDT 2012 update 1 on my technician pc at work along with windows aik. I have a second hdd that im using for the share. I created a new deployment share in the 2nd hdd that I installed. I added the operating system, an application, and created the task sequence. Once that was done I updated the share. I then went to the XP machine and mapped the drive where I have the share and launched litetouch.vbs. I followed all the prompts and started it. Right after capturing user state it errors out with a ZTI error rc=26 usmt rc=26. And am stuck here.
