You know, if I was smart I would have asked this question four hours ago before I got home, because now I'm just staring at my ESXi inventory like its going to do something about my problem...
I have all the Unified Communication 9 software and am building a new lab deployment, but I can't seem to get the UCCX OVA to download:
Virtualization for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express - DocWiki
It says that my download has been interrupted, but it doesn't even try to start. Does anyone have another link that might work?

My advice to anyone looking to advance their career would be to learn DevOps tools and methodologies. Learn how to write code in languages like Python and JavaScript. Not to be a programmer, but a network automation specialist who can do the job of 10 engineers in 1/3 of the time. Create a GitHub account, download PyCharm, play with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Automation isn't the future, it's here today and the landscape is changing dramatically.

That said, you don't need the OVA files to create a VM. -
DexterPark Member Posts: 121It gives me the same message regardless of computer/browser/login status. Your right though, I ended up just making the VM manually:
1 vNIC
2 vCPU
4GB vRAM
149 GB vDisk

CUCM SRND 9x/10, UCCX SRND 10x, QOS SRND, SIP Trunking Guide, anything contact center related -
