I have read some of the lessons learned from people saying that the test has a simulation part to the test? What is this about? Can someone explain this to me?
There are simulation questions that require you to type in commands/numbers/addresses/etc. and ones that require you to drag/drop appropriate icons/descriptions etc. This is the case with most (if not all) CompTIA tests now.
Make sure you read the exam objectives and all CompTIA resources that describe the exam logistics as they have valuable info. They even put out a nifty video explaining the performance based questions.
On the exam you will be tested on real world hands on based scenarios. Just like the guys point out, it's important that you get prepared for them for the exam if you plan to take any CompTIA exam.
