Passed G2700

I just passed the G2700 after a nightmare of a day.

Testing center day before server die made appointment same date for new site for today. Get to new site testing guy dosent show up. Vue tried to charge me cancel fee and wouldn't let me go to different center call GAIC they got it all fix and passed with a 78%.

Exam was suppose to be at 09:00 didn't take it till 12:56

I used the WGU information i found it unhelpful.

Read Harris CISSP and CISSP for dummy's.

Used mostly general knowledge on the exam and the ISO standers.

Not sure how to determine if my preparation is sufficient ?

Btw, I have read all the posts on this forum and suggestions. Yet I am unable to gauge if I am ready for the exam.

@ctx - Have you taken the practice tests? They're a fairly accurate indication of what you can expect from the actual test itself.

I havent yet. I will try to take one in the coming days.

Yeah, I would suggest doing the first practice test and see where you stand. Once you know, it'll show you what areas you're weak in, study up on those and then take the second practice test. Will give you a good idea of where you stand.

I study with the WGU material was very disapointed the only book i took with me was my harris CISSP book and use that along with the ISO controls and i scored at 78%

was taking harris CISSP helpful ? Did you refer to it during the exam.
