Technical Documentation Templates (Free/Open Copyright)

Hello all,

I have decided to undertake a documentation initiative in my department to see if I can turn our masses of confusing word documents into a familiar and organized gathering within SharePoint. I use to work for a company that had a PERFECT documentation template, but I am unsure if my NDA covered that material. Better safe than sorry, I am attempting to stay away from it.

That said, I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of some free and Open Copyright templates that I could use at work. My current employer isn't exactly ISO grade, so I don't need a template that assigns serial numbers, authorizations, and revision tracking. Simply something that is clear and easy to use so my co-workers don't resist.
