Question about Resume

Due to the current state of the company I work for is in, I think it may be a good idea to start updating my resume. I haven't updated it in over a decade, so I'd like a little advice how I should list my employer and job title.

Here are the changes throughout my career there:

I started working for a company called GE Zurich in July of 2001. I worked as a Tech Support Rep II for users that purchased computers at Circuit City

In 2003 another company purchased us (won't list name here as it's the current company I work for).

In 2006 I took a job in the IT department as a Desktop Technician

In 2013 I became a Senior Desktop Technician.


Obviously I want to list my job title there as Senior Desktop Technician, but I'm not sure if I should include my previous title as a Tech Support Rep II anywhere on my resume. Also, do I just put that I worked for company XYZ since 2001 or do I need to list them as two separate companies? I've been out of the job hunting game so long, I don't even know what to expect. Any advice will be very much appreciated.
