I'd love to get a conversation going with anyone who might be interested. I'm a tech guy hiring a tech guy for our company, this isn't something I usually do.

Candidate:
Able to interface with high level executive types, speak confidently and clearly without appearing arrogate or intimidated.
Able to wear slacks, dress shoes and a long sleeve button up shirt.

Technical Skills (don't need all but a general understanding would be great)
Juniper / Cisco routers and firewall devices
Dell PowerConnect / Cisco switching
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Exchange 2010
VMware vSphere 5.1
Dell Equallogic Storage Arrays
