What Do I Need to Study for the 100-101?

I have been studying a lot lately. Watching the CBTnugget videos and practicing on Boson NetSim. I can subnet pretty well at this point and much quick than I used to. I can log into a switch, do basic configuration, setup the access lines, configure VLANs.
I read a thread earlier and someone wrote something along the lines of, "just learn to subnet, know your vlans, know w,x,y,z and your good to go". I can't find that post anymore though.
Any suggestions?

I have some experience with punchdowns, cabling, patch panels. I am A+ certified and recently got my Network+ certified. Due to passing the Network+ I had a lot of overlap between that and the 100-101 so that helped me a lot. I think Boson NetSim has been helping me a lot also. I feel like I am progressing but not quite there.
I got the Cisco CCENT/CCNA Official Cert Guide by Wendell Odom. I haven't really read it but I feel really comfortable with the materials through the videos and and NetSim.
I just need a brief description of what to know. I know subnetting is on the test and vlans. If there was a practice test I could have a better idea of where I can focus. -
