Question about resume and non-certs?
Would you list on your resume 'certs' earned through online training by vendor platforms? As an example, I have a "Service Manager" certificate from Connectwise, which is a ticketing system similiar to HEAT.
I have a few of them, they are basically online trainings that range from 5 - 40 hour's worth of 'training'. At the end, after you pass their final exam, you get a 'certificate' of accomplishment. Would you list this on a resume? As silly as it sounds... I'm just curious.

Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare being the most common. But generally speaking unless the vendor's certification has the reputational muscle behind it, you may want to leave it off. One way to determine if there is any value to the certification is to search the job boards for that particular certification and see if any employer lists it as a requirement or desirable.
