TE,
Passed my ITIL v3 Foundations exam today.
Studied for about 4 days (from start to finish). Skimmed through Liz's book, read some study guides. Took exam, piece of cake. The hardest thing was reading the book to be honest. No offence Liz, you have a very valuable book with very good in depth information, but I have the worse ADD and will wonder off into la-la land.
I should also note, I was pursuing my PMP/CaPM at one point, all that reading made this a LOT more easier to understand. I also work at a company that adopts the MoF (Microsoft Operations Framework) which is a more specific guide compared to ITIL, though both operate and were birthed from Deming's Plan Do Check Act.
Good luck to anyone else pursuing ITIL v3 F, I will say the questions do try to trick you up.
