Hello all,

I did a bit of searching but I was unable to find a clear answer.

I am working on my CCNA studies right now, I have been doing the theory for a while now but nothing can replace practice so I decided to setup a home lab.

I currently have 4x 2950 switches (its probably too many but they came in bulk :)), I am now looking for two routers. I have my eye on the following:

CISCO SERIES 2600 MODEL 2621XM +WIC1T + WIC2T+SERIAL 8A/S 128MB
or
CISCO 2600 MODEL 2621XM + WIC2T 256MB

Keeping CCNP in mind which setup would be better, this is only for lab environment. Price is the same.

I did some more research today and I am looking at the following:

2-3x CISCO 2600 MODEL 2621XM + WIC2T and a 4A/S module for one for the routers to have it as a frame relay.

From what I understand WIC2T can be also used for FR, the A/S has speed limitations but the functionality remains the same. My question is 4A/S vs WIC2T in real life use/exam what would the differences be.
