Cisco Networking - everything in between

Hey all,

Looks like I will be joining a new role at a new firm and switching from being a jack of all trades sort focused on system admin/engineering, to network/security, but also maintaining system infrastructure on the side.

I was wondering if anyone has any books they recommend, guides, websites/blogs, etc etc. It would be mainly a Cisco shop with some Juniper thrown in, Avaya VOIP among other things..

Any help would be much appreciated, looks like I will be refreshing my weaker areas and spending time learning the environment than possibly focus on new certifications unless that might help in a particular area.
