Security Audit Tools

Hi

Can anyone recommend any good audit tools? Ideally, I'm looking for an audit tool that can do PCI Compliance and ISO27001. I have seen a demo of Entropy from BSI, Looks a very good tool and as they develop the ISO27001 standard there auditors are familiar with the tool, so should simplify the audit process. I just need to find a few other that I can compare against. If anyone has used one they can recommend I would be happy to hear from you.
