Looking for part time gig -- questions

Hi all, I have been looking for a part time gig so my wife didn't have to work anymore. My goal is something in IT so that I can learn more. I recently got a hit on a job posted on craigslist. I am unsure what to look for as far as pay in the position so I wanted to hear what you guys think. I will post the job duties after this post. Thanks in advance

Job duties " I need somebody who can work on our IT needs like, IP address settings, DVR setting, Website designing, Website Maintenance, Email maintenance, Technical setting with Department Of Motor Vehicle, online Marketing Strategy, and regular update of our Social Media page. "
