Remembering file paths in 70-680?

Im studying for the 70-680 and in the MS Press book it specifies lots of locations and file paths, especially for local policy, is it necessary to learn the path to various nodes in local policy or file paths of applications.

Eg \Computer Configuration\ Windows Settings\Security Settings\Public Key Policies\Encrypting File System node
or

Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\System Audit Policies – Local Group Policy Object\Object
